III. Background
M/s. Kinzang Trader Private Ltd is one of the private companies in Bhutan registered under the Department of Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Bhutan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, an apex body of private business community in Bhutan, found-ed under the Royal Command of 4th Druk Gyalpo, King Jigme Singye Wangchuk. M/s. Kinzang Trader is largely engaged in import of farming machineries from third coun-tries especially from Thailand and other related machineries incidental thereto. The main idea of promoting this company was predominantly to make goods available in the mar-ket at affordable price with quality assurance. Today, we have more than fifteen thou-sand clientele bases across the country with two largest farmers’ cooperatives as our major client that constitutes more than 45 percent of the total clientele base. Majority of our clients are agrarian, and we do have young entrepreneurs engaged in manufacturing and SMEs.

VI. Ownership
M/s Kinzang Trader is jointly owned partnership business promoted by two private in-dividuals having diverse background in trading business at regional and international level. With the growth and expansion of business, the partners have future plan to of-fload the shares to the public which will ultimately become limited company.

VII. Capital

The company has a paid-up capital of Nu.5 million divided into 50,000 (fifty thousand) shares at face value of Nu.100 each and Authorized capital of Nu.100 million divided in-to 1,00,000.00 ( one million ) shares at face value of Nu.100 each. However, with the view to have strong capital footing of a company, the promoter looks forward to increase the capital base of the company from Nu.5 million to Nu.10 million through private placement.

IX. Management Team
Mr. Tenzin Chezang: Chief Executive Officer
Mr.Tenzin Chezang had his B.Com (Hons) from Sherubtse college in the year 2006. He had served in various capacities before assuming the current post of executive man-agement. His career actually started as Examining Officer at Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan in the Department of Financial Regulation & Supervision in the year 2007, and worked with RMA for little over five years. Thereafter, he joined T Bank Ltd as Compliance Officer and became Head of Internal Audit Department of the bank prior to his voluntary resignation on June 30, 2019. He joined M/s.Kinzang Trader Private Ltd. July 1, 2019 as Head of Operations (General Manager) in Executive Cadre. He finally assumed the current post of Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2020 based upon Board’s resolution.

Mr. Drakpa Tshering: Head of Operations (General Manager)
Mr. Drakpa Tshering had his master’s in business administration with major in finance and marketing from University of Canberra, Australia and he has completed his B.com (Hons) from Sherubtse College in the year 2007. He had served as operations head in one of the reputed government owned commercial banks before taking up the current post at M/s. Kinzang Trader Private Ltd. Considering, the experience and professional qualities possessed by him, he was hired by the company in the year 2019 as Head of Operations.
Mrs.Kinzang Choden: Administrative Officer
She has B.Com (Hons) with major in finance from Gedu College of Business Studies in the year 2013. Prior to joining T Bank Ltd as Asst.Credit Officer in the year 2016, she had worked with Khegrig Institute of Accounts and Management as Accounts Trainer for a period of more than one year. Upon her voluntary resignation from T Bank, she joined RENEW Microfinance as Administrative Officer on August 1, 2018 and she took up the current post of Administrative Officer at M/s. Kinzang Trader Pri-vate Ltd on August 1, 2018.
Mr. Dawa Penjor: Finance Officer (Administration & Finance)
Mr. Dawa Penjor had completed his B.Com (Hos) with major in finance from Gedu College of Business Studies in the year 2018. He did intern with Royal University of Bhutan on “Investment Opportunities in SAARC countries” before joining M/s.Kinzang Trader Private Ltd. as Finance Officer on July 1, 2019. He also performs the functions of quality assurance and compliance officer.
Mrs. Kencho Pemo: Marketing and Liaison Officer
Mrs. Kencho Pemo completed her B.Com (Hons) with major in marketing from Sherubtse college in the 2015. She had worked with one of the leading private compa-nies engaged in trading business as marketing officer for more than five four

years, and thereafter she joined M/s. Kinzang Trader and took up the job of Marketing Officer on November 1, 2019. She has vast experience in marketing and good public rapport in the local market.
Ms. Tshering Dema: Customer Grievance Cell
Ms. Tshering Dema joined M/s. Kinzang Trader Private Ltd on January 15, 2018 as Customer Grievance Redressal Officer. She had completed her Class XII from Yang-chenphu Higher Secondary School in the year 2014. She worked in one of the private commercial banks as liaison officer prior to assuming her current post at M/s.Kinzang Trader Private Ltd.

Mr. Penjor Tshering: Driver cum Mailman
He joined M/s. Kinzang Trader Private Ltd in the year 2017 as driver cum mailman. He aslo performs the functions of assistant administrative officer.

Currently, M/s.Kinzang Trader is engaged in the following trading business activities:
i. Import of hardware and electrical items, agriculture and livestock machineries, garments, shoes and boots, school uniforms, sport items, gadgets and home ap-pliances, and dress code for armed forces.
ii. Export of medicinal fungus-cordyceps, shilajit, arts and crafts to South-East Asian countries.
